BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

To book and hold an appointment, payment for the booked treatment must be paid in advance. If you would like to reschedule or cancel a booked appointment, please notify us 48 hours prior to the reserved appointment. Pre-collected payments for booked treatments are non-refundable and non-transferable to other dates or clients/friends. The pre-collected payment for the service will only be fully refunded to the original form of the payment if a customer cancels 48 hours prior to their appointment date and time.

For customers with a history of prior cancellations, the pre collected payment is non-refundable and final, even if cancellation arrives within 48 hours.

Anna Babayan Skincare is a by appointment only (no walk-ins) private skincare studio specializing in Biologique Recherche skincare products and treatments. To achieve and maintain optimal skin improvements, it is expected that all existing and potential clients are on our recommended Biologique Recherche product regimen as prescribed exclusively by us. In instances when a client does not comply with the regimen recommended by Anna, or follows another licensed professional’s product recommendations, Anna Babayan Skincare is not responsible for providing product guidance on existing products (prescribed by another professional) and reserves the right to decline all follow-up treatments. At Anna Babayan Skincare we firmly believe in loyalty and a team effort between the client and the licensed professional. Customers who have not had a treatment for over 6 months will automatically be removed from Anna Babayan Skincare's client list. 

Due to the high volume of requests, our client list is currently closed. You may join our waitlist here. Please note that joining our waitlist does not guarantee an appointment and is contingent upon availability. Following your submission to our waitlist, please do not send emails confirming your status. Upon availability, you will receive an email with appointment options. At this time we do not offer in-person skin care consultations. We kindly ask you to not ring our bell or knock on our door if you do not have an appointment. Such behavior is disturbing for a patient in session.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is 48 hours prior to your appointment. A no-show or a cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will be charged full price of the reserved treatment. More than three consecutive cancellations by a client – including within our 48-hour cancellation window — will result in expulsion from Anna Babayan Skincare. If a client chooses to no-show their appointment or cancel within our 48-hour cancellation window, they will automatically be removed from Anna's client list, no new appointments will be granted, no exceptions. A valid credit card is required to book and reserve an appointment. All appointments made the same day are considered final and only can be canceled at the full price of the reserved service.

RESCHEDULING

Rescheduling of a canceled appointment within the 48-hour cancellation window will be contingent on availability. 

ON THE DAY OF YOUR APPOINTMENT

Please arrive alone and no earlier than 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We cannot accommodate additional visitors or friends to wait in the lobby since that goes against our one-on-one treatment standards. It is our priority to provide complete privacy to each and every client. We have a locked-door policy to provide maximum relaxation, quietude, and exclusivity for our guests. Our facility has 24/7 inside and outside surveillance monitoring to assure safety of Anna Babayan Skincare and her guests. Additionally, offering your appointment spot or swapping it with your friend, family member or any other client is against our policies and is contingent on our final decision.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and also Apple Pay. Cash is accepted only in the exact amount of the service cost. We do not accept personal or certified checks or money orders.

SUPPORT

At this time we do not accept gratuities. However, you can support us by purchasing skincare products on our online shop or in the studio.

One of the best compliments for us is your generous referral to friends and family.   

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

All purchases are considered final and we do not issue refunds.  However, your happiness and satisfaction is our number one priority. Please do not hesitate to email us with any questions or concerns regarding your service or purchase.

PET POLICY

Animals are not allowed in the skincare studio.
